As a Helper, you are the friendly voice on the other end of the line. You aren’t a teacher—you are a real-world conversation partner helping learners bridge the gap between classroom practice and practical confidence.
Who Can Be a Helper?
- English Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English speakers (equal to or higher than the students’ level).
- Location: Open to anyone based in Indonesia or anywhere across the globe.
- Background: Advanced students from other courses, native speakers, expats, or local English speakers who want to give back.
How It Works
- Receive a Request: When a student has an outbound phone challenge, you’ll receive a prompt with the scenario (e.g., answering hotel or service-related questions).
- Connect & Practice: Take a short, realistic phone call with the student and keep the interaction engaging and supportive.
- Get Rated: Students provide quick feedback after each call based on friendliness, clarity, and helpfulness.
